If anybody could help that would be awesome... I have been on the phone with AT@T,Verizon and Motorola and nothing... Ive changed the APN and still nothing... what am I doing wrong?

What are you referring to? Are you on a GSM Razr? If you have an XT910, then you have GSM phone that will only work with GSM carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile). But, if you have the XT912, then it's a CDMA Razr and you're only allowed on CDMA carriers (Verizon, Sprint)
