Custom Boot Animation - Help!

Hey everyone,

I am trying to get a custom boot animation to work for my phone. I have only one singular image I wish to display, plus play a sound.
I have the sound part working just fine, but I cannot get the darn image to display! It is the correct size and I have tried it in both .jpeg and .png flavors.

Here is my Desc.txt file:

540 960 1
p 0 0 part0
s droidhd.ogg

Why can I not get an image to appear but the sound plays just fine?

Any help is appreciated! ^_^

Doubful but since it's just 1 image anyway, try setting the frame rate to 20 or something higher than 1.
