Is this feature still available? I'm willing to pay rhe $60/month for unlimited+ a legal hotspot use instead of trying to screw them into just unlimited data.

Try it out... but I've heard from multiple sources it no longer works.Is this feature still available? I'm willing to pay rhe $60/month for unlimited+ a legal hotspot use instead of trying to screw them into just unlimited data.
