Some of the older safestrap compatible ROMs, if not all of them, were written for 4.1.1. They will install in 4.1.2, but the camera may not work due to different kernel versions.

I downloaded the one posted on 3/8/13 should I download the most recent one that was posted on 3/14 does it matter?

I would think the newest one has bug fixes but that is not always the case. Especially if they were doing nightlies. I would just pick one. Is there a change log with them or any description of added features?

I just looked at it. 3-14-2013 is the newest. I would do that one.

I'm trying to install eclipse but idk if I got the right version I haven't installed yet but it says its for my model so it should work right?

Try eclipse 1.2 for the M. I believe it was for safestrap. The newer versions were for 4.2 and later and you'll need an unlocked boot loader for those, but you should be good with eclipse 1.2

I just found it here in the forums in the RAZR M section. RAZR M/development/ROMs. Its older, so it'll be toward the end of the list. I didn't try the link, however, socno guarantees its still active
