Ive been trying for days on how to fix this. i I open safestrap(3.63) go into boot options and select rom slot-1.

System Partittion Size is 700mb

Data Partition Size is 2000mb

Cache Partition Size is 300mb

When I touch Create ROM slot

It pops up creating ROM slot.

Above has Updating partition details.......

E:Unable to mount /osh

Can anyone help me?

I had the same problem with my XT912, I looked everywhere I couldn't find anything specific about the "E:Unable to mount /osh".  It was driving me crazy.

I ended up flashing the stock ROM using RSD Lite, and did a factory restore to clear all data, this time I used the Safestrap 3.50 instead of the latest one like I did the first time.... same error message. It was only until I uninstalled SS 3.50 and installed SS 3.11 was I finally able to flash a custom ROM with no problem. Also, ensure you have a proper root.

Hopefully this helps.
