Probably a simple, dumb question, but since I took the OTA, should I erase all my GB files/ROMs?Themes? I heard there is no going back.....true?

Unless you authored those things yourself, there's probably no reason to keep them around anyway. Any ROM/Theme/etc. that's worthwhile will always be available for download.
