DO NOT USE Motochopper 1.3. It will not work, PLUS it attempts to flash the improper Boot.img to your device. You should reflash the fastboot files you posted.
There is no root for 94, period. If you lost it, you are out of luck at this time.

I've not heard back from him so I don't know if he's actively looking into it or not. As I mentioned, I'd not get my hopes up. I just like to explore all possible avenues for you guys. I'll only add that if you care about root, then in the future buy unlocked phones. Root exploits are becoming harder and harder to come by.
