Go easy on me, I know I've seen a couple of posts around about this.

 

I'm on 9.18.79, rooted but locked with SS 3.12. I flashed nexesque (3.6 I'm pretty sure), which is a beautiful rom but gapps force closes a LOT. Every sign in and sync of my google account is when it happens. Stock AOSP browser FC's as well upon opening it. So far no bugs other than this.

 

Tried wiping caches, wiping everything etc. Started with a fresh rom slot. Several flash tries, tried flashing a fresh gapps zip on it, tried just about everything on the interwebs on it, but nothing will stop these force closes.

 

If someone gave me answers to this, I would pray of thanks for them for 3 days straight.

PSS First time flashing a rom too. That must be why I'm labeled as 'n00b' XD

Just remove the hangouts app before signing into the google account.

It helped me with eclipse rom. But in nexesque I don't have any problems with it.
