Anyone can do this? I'm installing every day a new ROM with additional themes or mods or whatever.

Forgot where I got this, called one wipe to rule them all. Think it was droid hive. But it wipes everything.

Ya I love 1 wipe but I don't know if it works with safestrap. I had issues with roms after using it and it wipes way too quickly.
Also I tried editing the zip by deleting the lines that wipe data and system but that didn't work

Damn man, people are trying to point you in the right direction, you don't have to be such a smart ass.
Anyone ever told you beggers can't be choosers? That's the tool that's available. If it doesn't meet your standards either edit it or write you own.

Hey tucstwo. You did not read the OP as well. 
Very bad boy. I use that tool every day 1wipe. Every f.. single day so I know what's available. Fantastic tool but you cannot use it after you have the ROM installed and you only need to do cache and dalvik for example to install a battery mod. You have 150 posts in front of me man but you don't pay attention. Not all the time. 
Take it easy. I asked polite and I used "would". This forum is for requests as well.
And take care.

All it takes is just editing the updater-script in the META-INF/com/google/android/ folder of the zip.
File is attached.
