Wiping With Safestrap

I want to know if I need to make a backup every time I flash a ROM, or if enabling safestrap will keep everything there. I heard it's supposed to be like a second system, so flashing should be able to be done without making a backup, right? I understand it's always good to have at least one backup, but do I need to make one every time? Sorry if the question isn't clear enough.

Wow, and I didn't even know you could rename them.

I rename from the phone but only the main folder. Makes it easy to distinguish roms

Use that utility to get back to stock 181, then go to ... settings/about phone/system updates, and download the OTA update. Install it when prompted.
