We need quite a bit more informstion...... like.....What exactly are you seeing while trying to root... (errors, etc) Post a copy of your command window and we will try to see what is going on :)

I would recommend doing a full factory reset on the phone as well as wipe cache, and dalvik cache( you can do this in the Stock Recovery menu of the phone, Power off the phone and before you power it back on, hold the Power button + both volume buttons and that will put you into the stock recovery of the phone. Press down on the Volume - button and select "Android Recovery" or whatever recovery. Youll know its the one cuz its gonna have a yellow triangle with a green android. Just hit both volume buttons again and it will give you a choice to factory reset , wipe cache, and dalvik cache. Once done just reboot the phone and try RAZR blade root again) if RAZR blade fails again then go ahead and download the MAXX Utility off this forum and use that rooting method through the utility.

All you need to do now is read thru the ROM thread(s)..... Find the one that suits your needs....;)..... Me personally, I like Aviator and BloodRage.... :) both are solid, smooth, and fast.....:):)

And have OC abilities....:)

I havent updated my 912 since my current device is a 926. In other versions of SS there is a check box for enabling/disabling the md5 check if that is what you are referring to

So I turned on my 912. Under Advanced - Settings there is a check box titled "Zip file signature verifcation" it needs to be unchecked.
