So recently I've been hearing about that there's finally a way to unlock the bootloader on the RAZR MAXX.(XT912) I'm currently running Aviator CM 10.1 (JB 4.2.2) and I was wanting to know if its really worth unlocking or not and what would be the ups and downs of doing it. If there is a way to do it I'd really appreciate it if someone could really show me how to do so. I'd greatly appericate it! Sent from my XT912 using Tapatalk

Not sure where you saw that but there is no way or ever was to unlock the 912 bootloader.

Not sure where you saw that but there is no way or ever was to unlock the 912 bootloader.

it might have been for the XT910 but I saw a thread for a KitKat ROM and they were saying it was required to have a unlocked boot loader to flash the ROM. this isn't the first thread I saw about needing an unlocked boot loader. So I'm thinking there's a way to unlock it....
