Hello!
I recently got a CLN RAZR HD and surprisingly had a chance to down grade...is their a chance i can unlock the boot loader? my upgrade ends in February, and i wanted to add some kitkat roms to it before i have this phone in my drawer. Thanks!

If it was previously on a higher system version..... Then no, you can't
