Im with Verizon and my area doesnt get 4G, which one of this two should i use to save battery since they both get me decent signal?

CDMA auto (prl) otherwise known as 3G only. It will keep your phone from searching for a 4G signal.

go to phone as if you were going to dial a #.. and dial *#*#4636#*#* and select the Phone information and then scroll down to where you'll see the network selection settingwhere are these settings I cant find?
