I have lost my Text icon from my home row. When I attempt to generate a text from my contact list I get the message "Security Policy .. Text messaging disabled". When I get details from the message it forwards me to "App Info: com.motorola.devicemanager"?????
What have I done!!!!!

No seriously you didnt provide any information that we could use to help you out. Its hard to believe that all of sudden after doing nothing to the phone it just disappeared.

Did you maybe disable the texting app with an app manager of some sort?
