I'm looking for icons that are text. Like the phone icon actually says phone

You will have to use Apex or Nova to get it to work. Download "Simple Text" from the Play Store and you have 4 options to choose from.

Then change them by long pressing whatever you want to change. It will give option to change icon. I did it once but I plan on doing it again soon.

Yea I have text icons and can make them flashable for you. I'll post it in a few. Gotta work on it. I can get it done for you without changing launchers. Which icons do u want changed? I already have a flashable theme that will change phone/contacts, SMS, camera, web browser and unlock icon. I have more text icons tho if you want. I'll put up screenshots soon as well.

I should probably mention that I do not have a full icon pack set (only about 7 icons) and I did not create the icons, only used theme to make my own lockscreen theme. Which ROM are you running? I can show you some screenshots of some of the different layouts I have. Would you want white icons or ICS blue? Just let me know what you want, I should be able to get it to you really quick since that's what I've been working on recently.
