i have a soft brick on my razr m and i have yet to buy a the micro usb that is needed, but i was wondering if the green light is on while plugged into the wall means its charging? it stays green for about 1 minute before turning onto flash boot. i also found that if i hold the power button down it holds at the M splash screen before going to the fast boot screen. does this mean i can tape down the power button and let it charge?

If you turn off your phone you should be able to charge
