Did that didn't have any effect.

Wipe cache and power off instead of rebooting. Might have to power off more than once and be patient. Worked for me

Ya I did that too haha. Cm10 just never has wanted to work for me.

I have not been able to get bluetooth to work for calls. It connects to the phone but during calls there is no sound and can not switch to speaker or phone with bluetooth on. Once bluetooth is off then speaker and phone work for calls. Anyone have a fix???

Sorry, yes. Stock camera works for me too. I had a shortcut to the Blur camera in Nova when i restored from TiBu and didn't realize it.

Data has been flawless for me after about half a dozen reboots.

After a long struggle to get data, I finally have things pretty stable on mine... had to wipe cache and dalvik to get it initially. Been pretty stable ever since. Stock camera works for me. I have been running this all day as my driver, and plan on running it daily.

And fyi, the flash doesn't work when you take a picture, only when you auto focus.

Even with flash turned on.

So I definitely just got 1080p recording to work, as well as some other options in the camera settings. Still trying to figure out 6mp wide though.....

and placed it under \system\etc. After a reboot, the 1080, 720p options show up in the camcorder options.

I've tried installing the zip to see if the actual Gallery2.apk would work, and it does most of the time, but it FC's a lot. If there's anyone out there that could possibly get this camera mod working on our CM10 build, then have at it! just thought I would share my findings.

9/22 had some telephony fixes. At this point I'd hold off for 9/23 which is going to have what looks like some big data fixes.

Whats the benefit of the kexec cm10 with what seems is still a sketchy camera over the stock kernal cm10 with working camera....it also seems kexec battery drains a little quicker. I just wanted to know the benefits of kexec over stock

Kexec allows for custom kernels which down the road when the bugs are worked out and the custom kernels are better optimized then I'd say jump to it. But for now with kexec still far from optimized I'd say stick with stock builds.

Kexec will fix the screen rotation, screen shot issue, and allow for custom kernels so we can flash official builds of aokp and cm and cut on kernels that give better battery life and speed.
