Moto-Fastboot Is Not Recognized As An Internal Or External When Trying To Change Boot Logo

when i try to change the boot logo on on 4.0.4 rooted droid razr it keeps poping theis error please help. And i have a file named moto-fastboot with AdbWinApi.dll, AdbWinUsbApi.dll, moto-fastboot, and

Make sure everything is in the same folder in this utility you are running, and that you are NOT running as admin.

Make sure all files are extracted. Make sure you have updated drivers. Make sure you're using the original usb cable. Make sure your phone is in AP fastboot mode

Most importantly as Matt said make sure that your program is unzipped. If you are manually running commands (as opposed to a batch file) you need to make sure your command line is set to the folder where ADB and fastboot are located.

I did all that but my img was not extracted. ill try and get back if it works or if it dont.

I extracted the img zipped file now it says error cannot load logo.img and in command prompt im typing moto-fastboot flash logo.bin logo.img and logo.img is my file name.

HAAAAAAAAA Finally I have been searching everywhere and I couldn't understand why I couldn't run the newest utility and it was because I was running it as ADMINISTRATOR, thank you MATT.
