Howdy I am new, and also I'm a very new Motorola RAZR user. Got mine yesterday. And as you can expect a few questions popped into my head. I've slept for like 2 hours last night, browsing around to find out how to update this phone to ICS :| The RAZR is brand-new UNLOCKED GSM SIM Card Version.
System version: 651.167.3370.XT910.AmericaMovil.en.01 (this could be a tricky one )
Android version: 2.3.6
I still don't have a SIM card, no carrier yet, and as you can guess when I tap the "System updates" button, nothing's happening - Your device is up to date. :|
Any help would be apprecieted. Thank you.

DO NOT FLASH ANYTHING WITHOUT SOMEONE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN MYSELF GIVING THE GO-AHEAD.
America Movil is a Latin American carrier, but I'm not seeing them called out as the source of any fastboot files. Here is the full list of XT910 ones, several are from other LA carriers.
To upgrade, you'll first off need to identify which other carrier provides compatible files to get on their upgrade path.
