can I use the DROID RAZR HD Utility 1.21 for the RAZR M, XT907 4.1.2 ?

Depends on what you are trying to do AND what system version you are on.... (not 4.1.2).... should resemble 9.30.1 or 9.18.94 (possibly with different numbers)

Y don't you use Mattlgroth's "Droid RAZR M Utility 1.10 or 1.20"? And u can. Use v1.20 for 4.1.2.

Ok... to clear up the impending confusion with the utilities...... 1.10 WAS for the RAZR HD .... not the M .... and it is no longer supported(it is out dated) .... 1.20 is for the M (depending on your system version)..... and 1.21 is for the HD (also depending on what system version) .....
So please, prior to using the utility.... pay close attention to your system version AND what the highest system version the utility can be used for....... if not, you WILL run into a long list of flash failures and errors that WILL soft-brick your phone.....
