Recently, my microphone stopped working. It does not come up at all when I touch the microphone icon. Nothing happens - no error and no indication that I can begin speaking. Around the same time, my speaker seemed to stop working. For example, if I try to watch a video, I have no sound. Any ideas? I'm thinking this is simply a setting that has been changed, but I cannot find any setting to enable the microphone or sound for applications.
My ringer is working fine and my microphone works fine for phone calls.
