This is a dump of /system/apps/ from a stock ROM of .748 of the Verizon CDMA XT912 Droid RAZR. Some members have requests of the default apk's.

Note: This is NOT flashable. Extract the .apk and .odex for apps you need to replace in an Odex rom of 6.11.748 or even stock rom and these should work fine.

I have been so busy tonight trying to trouble shoot the settings.apk problem that I and others have been having with Bigs ICS theme that I forgot about posting the system dump.

I do not believe this is flashable. It is just a dump of all files from system/app. Copy the .apk and .odex for any file you need back to the system/app folder, fix the permissions, and give your phone a reboot.

Did you install the blur Facebook.apk and the blur Facebook.odex? Must have both. Also, there are 3rd party apps int he Market for syncing facebook contacts if even that doesn't work.

OK still nothing I had to extract from file above then move blur Facebook.apk and blur Facebook.odexe into system/app then fix permissions then reboot. I went to accounts to add account to since Facebook contacts and still nothing.

Lol. Wish I could be more useful. I also had the Facebook app and Contapps installed but removed both prior to copying the files back in. I doubt that would matter at all though.

So (yeah, I'm late) if I'm having trouble fastbooting back to stock because I may or may not be missing bloatware apps, will this file help me? I'm on a stock ROM at the moment also, so will I need to root in order to run things like permission fixes?

And larrygeary is right, the link still is downloading the 173 files. So that probably won't help me, then

I'm having issues installing one of the stock apps, VZ Apps (VCast.apk). I accidentally deleted it and now can't get the ICS OTA Update. I extracted the VCast.apk and VCast.odex files from the zip to the /system/apps folder, changed the permissions to match that of the other VZW apps, changed the owner to match the other VZW apps, and rebooted several times. When I go to install the apk, it starts the installation then says 'Application was not installed' almost immediately.

Any suggestions?

Use Matt's utility 1.6 to fastboot a fresh .181 , then take the OTA . back up apps, texts and call logs as needed to sd-ext beforehand.
