I didn't add something else, to make my commets brief,
but after forced reboot, I did get back to my Maxx booting to safe side;
but…

it flashed a msg that android was updating / installing (forgot which) the os & proceeded to update / install about 160 files!

You didn't get that Coltrane?

I confirmed with Hashcode that there is a bug. He said it will be fixed in 2.1 build

I found this out the hard way as well didn't get to update my apps with TiBu.

Phone went dead, went to charge, tuned on, and it booted with my stock bootani. I was like 0_0, then i went to try and restart.

No dice. I had to restart :'(

I talked about this to you in the chat on the 14th. Lol

Sigh, this happened to me. My phone died and then I plugged in it and tried to boot it up....Was put into a boot loop that I couldn't even get to safestrap...I had to fastboot it back and lost all my messages which sucks balls.

I think this happened to me.
I haven't fast booted or anything, but my phone says it is in safe mode, and will reboot sometimes after pressing keys or just randomly.

Had this happen the first night. It booted my safe boot animation but I pulled it out and hit reboot in ss and got lucky but since have wiped and ran several roms..LOL
