I use all the time to edit PNGs with no problems.

I use it all the time too. Only reason to decompile is for .9 edits or XML.

Maybe the terminology is different. Or maybe I am just wrong. When I think of extract I think of using 7zip, or WinRar to extract where it is actually unzipping an archive. I was told when I started theming to never do that. I am not sure if apkmanager is doing the same thing as I do not use it.

If I am wrong, sorry for the misinformation, it is just what I was taught.
