Could be wrong but I think they throttle once you hit 60GB. I've heard from a few people that they didn't get throttled until after 100GB.

I was at 7.7gigs this morning and I got throttled for 24 hours. I believe the throttling is essentially as advertised "network optimisation" as when I primarily used data in an area with many other VZW 4G users, I hit 21gigs before getting throttled for the rest of the cycle but at home where 4G only recently entered and many are still on 3G, I have gotten throttled at 5gigs. I think it has less to do with total use and more with how fast in a certain time frame one uses the data

It's ok. My area has strong Optimum Wifi coverage so I can just pretend I'm not throttled when it is still in the single digits of data. It just seems much when they are throttling me at 7.7gigs and I see people here with literally 10x that and still under the radar. Not resentful but curious. Does geographic area factor in? Market size? I almost never tether so I'm decently sure VZW does not discriminate too much as to how the data gets used. If you 50gig+ users could help fill in those blanks it would be nice because now I'm curious and confused as to how VZW does this

WOW! Great job NIN and ARMUS! Although I have to say, I am pretty disappointed that there weren't more entries. Oh well, Thank you Matt for the fun contest. I would like to give everyone who competed an opportunity to post their usage, just for the fun of it.

I don't even get half of that on my cable Internet. Though I did get 10 gigs on my phone this month, second time in the past 4 years.

I was very disheartened when folks started flashing big numbers so I quit pushing. I still doubled my average usage and felt that win or lose, I should enter and show my support to screwing vzw. Thanks to Matt for a great contest.

I didnt know about the contest, i just finished my cycle with 78gb used and that's normal usage
