Thank you for your response. Okay, I did exactly as the instructions say. The boot menu loaded, then the splash screen. It has remained for about five minutes.

I just unplugged the wall charger. The large battery indicator flashed on then off. There was a "?" and there was barely any green but there was green none the less.

The droid boot animation loaded. It is remaining at the red "droid ball".

suggest you get a programming cable and fastboot back to stock with matts utility
