I agree. The illegal tethering apps. All the same. Just so we're clear, I condone the download of music any way possible. Brilliant minds were created to give us the ability to take what we want.

And I'm not saying the app can't be talked about. But I do believe the links should be removed. If someone wants to download it they can Google it.

So you've never ripped a CD, downloaded a movie, copied an mp3, bstrong? I think we're all guilty.

I'm not saying it's morally wrong. I'm just saying this forum doesn't condone it and links to such apps could put the forum in legal trouble.

So it's OK for "the forum" to take leaked Android OS versions and post them for download? Tell me the difference. Motorola nor Google said this was OK to do. I suppose that's OK though?

Once again, those are not sold. Music is commercial piracy with a history of prosecuting websites is a different story than leaked updates.

It's not software that's authorized for release yet. It's not ours to take as it's not been issued as an update. The software was purchased as part of the phone when bought. Read the legals on the about screen. We don't run a track record here as saints.

Thanks for the APK. People make wonderful things because they enjoy it. That includes roms and music.

If I wanted a capitalist phone I'd have an iPhone. Android is all about open source.
