This ROM is a droidrzr.com exclusive. DO NOT post this ROM on any other site. You can make a link to this thread but do not post the zip file of this ROM to a different forum.

You must be on ICS KERNEL to Flash this Rom!

Safestrap-ICS any version must be used to flash this ROM!



Install Instructions:

Download ROM and Full Throttle Gapps, Extra Modules, and softkeys (if you want them) from links provided below.

Place ROM, Gapps, Extra Modules, and softkeys, on your external sdcard

Reboot into recovery

Format System

Wipe data/factory reset

Wipe cache partition

Wipe dalvik cache

Flash ROM

Flash Gapps

Reboot

Set up phone

Reboot into recovery

Wipe Cache and Dalvik

Flash Extra Modules and Init.d Installer

Reboot



Flash Softkeys Zip if wanted no Wipes needed.


In Theme manager switch to Full Throttle Theme. Will require reboot to fully apply.


Flash and Enjoy!!!

This ROM will get faster the longer you use it, so note the benchmark scores you get now and run it again tomorrow. It's running some really cool Linux tweaks.

If you search benchmarks in the play store there are apps that will test the various components of the phone and give you an index score to compare with other people and phones just to give you an idea of how the ROM/Phone is performing. Quadrant, Smartbench and Antutu are some good benchmark apps.

You may need to download gmail. But if you already have it and are using Apex, go into the Apex settings for drawer and check the hidden apps to make sure they are not checked
