This has been pulled from the market for who knows what reason but it called rise from a fallen city the lite version is available but not the full can anybody link to it or let me know how to get the full version

The devs Facebook says he processed a lot of refunds. So I guess there was a billing issue on that account with Google. He said he is trying to get another setup. Google closed his other one, so that's why only the free versions are available.
