I am on my second razor now. Both have had the same issue:

Scrren gets stuck in landscape mode quite often. Usually haapens when I am in landscape and the phone either times out, or I press the power button to turn off the screen. So when you wake the phone back up, it is stuck in LScape and wont switch back unless you toggle the hell out of some buttons (home, or move phone back and forth)

Anyone else confirm or deny this?

It may be a hardware error. You can try going to Settings and turning off the landscape option.

Well thats what I meant, but yea. I would have checked settings myself but I was RSD Liteing my phone. I'd probably get a replacement Razr. Sounds like the hardware piece that tells which way its facing is broken.

so you get no lag on 1.1?

Also is there a way yet to keep radio from 173 on 748? I'm thinking eastern won't mesh with 173 & 2.3.6

Razrx is very smooth, I've notices my landscape lag has dramatically improved. Its also all in how your phone is themed. Some launchers just can't handle the awsomeness of the Razr

mine gets stuck now and then. Did it before I rooted. I just rotate it 90 degrees, then back and it always gets back on track.

UPDATE:

I figured out the culprit for my screenlag/rotation issue.

I was susing a program used on all my previous phones called No Lock, it keeps us from having to unlock the phone all the time.

Anyway it was this that was causing the lag.

Does anyone know of a program similar that might work?

How did you determine that "No Lock" was the culprit?

I've had the same problem and also had "no lock" on the phone. I uninstalled "no lock" but the auto rotation sometimes fails to work.
Are you saying that since you removed no lock, you've had no problems whatsoever with the auto rotation feature?
