Any idea what would cause this?

failed to stat "boot246.img": No such file or directory
failed to statfs boot246.img: No such file or directory

im not 100% sure of the reason for the 2 failed to stat lines.. however, it does still create the correct .246 boot.img, none the less.. in which case you can continue on with the script if you'd like, and should not have a problem installing .246 with HoB 6.7

Edit: the recovery.img is not created when first adding support for a new update, and is not necessary for the installation of the new update.. the recovery.img is pulled from the device after the new update is installed (not by HoB but by SamuriHL himself).. it is something that SamuriHL adds to the new update support installer packages just because he likes to be extremely thorough

**So ive always held out on adding a donate link because this is just something i do for enjoyment.. but i have received a few requests recently to add one.. so if you enjoy my work and would like to buy me a beer or put some gas in my car, that would be very much appreciated.. but please continue to freely enjoy my mods without any feeling of obligation what-so-ever.. the last thing i want by adding this is for people to stop using my mods because they fell obligated.. Thanks

I got that error, ignore it and carry on. I am now on .246 and it's cool.
God bless.

246 has numerous system app's that have different MD5's when compared to 244 therefore numerous changes have been made to it.

Also HoB 6.7 fixes the boot.img creation error. :)

As pointed out to me in another thread, simply signing the system apps with a different key will generate adiffernet MD5, even if the file size is identical.

However, I'll do a full diff on the file structure versus .244 as I've done for all the 235+ leaks, and see what's really different.

Only thing is all the files i looked at had different sizes.

I'd rather modify bits and pieces of Blur so that I don't take a chance at completely FingUBAR my phone. It is my daily driver. I'd hate to break something and have to break out the D1 until I could figure out what broke lol...

I just wish i could learn how to theme apps completely so we might actually have things that worked with stock blur more so than what we have right now. I have dabbled with a few things but have never figured out how to theme a whole app just been lucky to change a few colors and stuff here and there.
