Hey guys,
I've been attempting to run the OTA update multiple times today and a new issue arises everytime I fix the other.
Currently I'm stuck on the error "File /system/app/BUAPLUS.apk has unexpected content"
I can't for the life of me find this file nor figure out what it's for? (Probably backup assistant?)
I've been using adb sideload to try and make the errors easier to identify...
Does anybody have any solutions to my problem?

Yeah, flash the 9.30.1 FXZ with a save data script so that all you stock stuff if "stock" then take the ota. There is a script tool to help you with that as well.

Here is step by step-
Okay when I use that RSD is giving me the error "Failed flashing process. 11/17 flash devtree "device_tree.bin" -> Phone returned FAIL...
EDIT: Well not it's giving me the QHSUSB_DLOAD error. Which from what I've read means I'm screwed....

WOA WOA WOA. You need to be careful!!!!!!!! Those instructions are for the M, not the HD. The FXZ that links to is for the M.

Well, that would explain exactly why my phone is bricked now. Guess I should have read more in depth.

my girlfriend has the xt926 hd system version 9.18.94.xt926.Verizon.en.US it will not update the OTA I`ve tried to do it the right way but its not working keeps failing after half way

If you don't know what FXZ means - you probably shouldn't be doing this.
