i was just joking since it was implied i didn't know what i was doing, glad it worked for you, matts utilities are great.now you can take ota and get to ics 211,then if you want you can update to 215,but to do that must be completely stock,no root.in the future for fast help scrol to top of screen and enter chat, normally always some one there to help you out

So i'm thinking I just put myself in a similar situation to the OP. Have a shiny new XT912 that came stock with ICS. Rooted it yesterday, put clockwork mod recovery touch on it today and tried to flash Tweaker Bean 3.1 zip (Jelly Bean) got an error 7 message during install and now my phone wont go past the CM10 boot screen. In stock recovery (all i can access somehow??) it will not let me load my backup made earlier. What can be done to get this baby back to stock form??? FRUSTRATING Came from a Motorola Triumph hacked to the maxx and didnt figure i'd have issues with any of this....

Bump: I'm sorry for this guys but I'm a Verizon employee looking for help with this issue. The phone has never been rooted, an elderly gentleman is using the phone and has no need for that. I am having the same exact issue. I will not boot at all. If it is plugged in via wall charger it will load a screen saying Motorola Dual Core technology then again will go blank. If it is plugged in with a data cable it won't even do that, a white light simply comes on and nothing. The device will not even boot up into recovery. Will what I've seen in this post work even if the phone has never been rooted?

As a Verizon employee are you allowed to use our various methods of healing a sick phone LOL ;)

Anyway...... I'm assuming this user has a 912..... the best thing for it is the utility here

Also assuming the user is or wants to be on jellybean :)

This utility will wipe the phone and install/reinstall stock unrooted jellybean :)
Also.... make sure the phone is fully charged before using this.....

Feeding my android addiction......... one phone at a time.....
