Just to make this clear for everyone, most of us are familiar with how to fastboot. To me, it was unclear why it kept failing with the GETVAR error. I read some people posting to just remove that line but I had to figure out how. So this is how I did it.

I put SBF zip on desktop
Extracted to desktop
opened bottom XML file (right click this and select "open with" and choose Note Pad if you use PC.
Delete entire line that has GETVAR on it.
Save it. (It would not let me edit and save from original ZIP this is why I extracted first then edited.)
Now open original ZIP and delete bottom XML line (1KB)
Now take extracted SBF line that you just edited and copy it to the original ZIP
Once complete open RSD 6.1.4 and select the updated ZIP.
It should now let you complete Fastboot.

Seems elaborate I know, but this is the only way it would let me do it. I wanted to fastboot because the official JB is being Soak Tested right now and I want to be ready to install.

After you extract the zip, in the XML line there are three lines to be deleted, any: Getvar, Var, Oem, then just save. you dont have to copy back to the zip. Worked this way in RSD Lite version 6.1.4.
