Here is a debloated and rooted Jellybean XML. It includes everything that the leaked ota would but the bloat.
Your responsible if this bricks you or anything else happens. Unlocked Developer M's only.
1. DL zip
2. Extract zip
3A. In windows command prompt go go folder and type in fastboot flash winflash.xml
4. Reboot after flash and profit
Thank you p3droid for method of making xml.

this is just the system only, yes?
as in, I would still need to flash the radios and boot separately as in the stock leak thread?

Hi this didn't work for me and I think even bricked my phone.
I tried "fastboot flash winflash.xml", however it gave me a error about partition, so I tried "fastboot flash system winflash.xml" and it seemed to flash the images OK, but now it seems to be stuck at boot logo. However there are no errors suggesting it is bricked in fastboot (which I can still access).
If I wanted to restore completely back to stock, can I use the fastboot files hosted for the Razr M Developer Edition?
