Picked up a bionic with a cracked screen, so I ordered a new digitizer. When I took it apart, discovered that the front bezel plastic was broken in 2 places.

I want to order a new bezel online, but can't figure out how to remove the ear speaker/ffc assembly from the top of the bezel. It's an extra $25 for the bezel with the speaker, so I'd rather not break the speaker!

thanks

Mine didn't come apart so easily. When I did it, had to disconnect the ffc/speaker ribbon from the mobo, then pull up&out on the bottom of the mobo. The speaker assembly would not come out of the front bezel, probably stuck in there from being dropped! Guess I'll try again when I get home.
