246 leak and OTA are the same thing no differences. Just saying this for everyone to know.

I will be staying on 247 deodexed using BS just cause i don't like to use SS cause it always seems i have issues when it comes to uninstalling it to go back to BS.

There will be builds made internally by Moto developers to test various aspects of JB on their phones. Whether we have a working cheesecake for .246 so we can find these leaks is the real question. If cheesecake is updated for .246 then yes, we will be able to get these leaks the same way we have gotten them up until now.

Again, only if cheesecake is updated to work with .246 (or if a new app is introduced to include the same functionality to search the various moto servers for builds). Otherwise....

This isn't true. At all. Several people have 905 Bionics specifically for cheesecaking. "Yea but they have to be on 246 to find updates!" No, they don't. We're not in any danger of losing the ability of finding leaks any time soon.

....unless the security gets updated and nobody can check via Bacon cheese fries...then we're screwed!

What if the next leak is built to install over .246? Won't that break the methodology used to search for updates? If the phone is on .905 it will not find anything but .246leaks, right?

As far as I understand it..using the cheesecake exploit which only works on .905 and prior , you are able to see everything on the moto development servers, but it only works on the Bionic????? (That part I'm sketchy on seeing as I never tried doing it and I remember seeing Sam or Sarge saying something about looking out for the Razr guys JB stuff)

But I could be wrong
