I know this has been asked many times before, but I'm curious what keyboards people who own the same device I own use. I've tried the stock Motorola multi-touch keyboard, Swype, Swiftkey 3, the stock ICS/JB keyboard, and a few others I can't remember the name of right now.

My favorite is probably the Motorola multi-touch keyboard but lately even that's been bugging me.

What do you guys consider your favorite? I want a new go to keyboard! :)

Huge fan of Swiftkey ... I love the prediction. My wife on the other hand loves Swype. I just can't get into the swipey-style entry, it seems blasphemous from a touch-typist's perspective.

I feel the same way about swype, I can't force myself to "swype" and whenever i use it I try to touch type lol

I have tried that as well, while it works alright I consider it basically the same as the stock ICS/JB keyboard just with bigger keys and themed! The themes are nice though :)

I usually switch back and forth between stock and thumb keyboard depending on the theme I am running. Thumb has TONS of options.

i use ultra-keyboard.. its the only one ive found that you can add both the numbers and the arrows all the time.. its super customizable.. and it supports all of the entry methods (i.e. multi-touch, swype).. basically its the sh!t

**So ive always held out on adding a donate link because this is just something i do for enjoyment.. but i have received a few requests recently to add one.. so if you enjoy my work and would like to buy me a beer or put some gas in my car, that would be very much appreciated.. but please continue to freely enjoy my mods without any feeling of obligation what-so-ever.. the last thing i want by adding this is for people to stop using my mods because they fell obligated.. Thanks

I think I have to check that out. I needs the arrows, I hate trying to drag back to where I need to edit/correct.

i like the jelly bean keyboard pro from the market, the best 3 bucks ive ever spent. change the colors the font the size the layout the background even turn it into a split with or without arrows and alter the prediction curve. ive tried all of them because of my big arse fingers and this is the only one i can honestly say i can actually type halfway fast on..ymmv
TEXAS state of mind

Magic Keyboard Pro - Its the 1st paid app I have bought in about 6 mo. Its also really new just hit the market like 3-4 weeks ago. Its swiftkey style with predicive text but it seems to do better then swift, and do it faster. It also come with around 30 themes. There is a free version if anyone wants to check it out but it is lacking a lot compared to the pro version.
