I use to use swiftkey but its a memory hog IMO. Using thumb keyboard ATM on my bionic maybe not as good on predictions as swiftkey but it only using 12 megs compared to I think 30 to 80 was what swiftkey was using. If I had a phone with 2gigs of ram I'd switch back to swiftkey though.

It's not that big of a memory hog I rarely have to worry about memory issues with this phone. I used to have an LG Ally and that thing was running out of memory all the time. haha

Thumb Keyboard usually. Fully customizable. Layouts(incl some shorter than mine:p), backgrounds, fontsize and colors. Spelling corrections are not awesome though and no text prediction if you need that.

SwiftKey has Flow now! (swype-like)
They released the beta? I don't see it yet on their forum...

i was a hardcore swype user for the longest time. the version that came preinstalled on the bionic works well, but the newer beta versions are frustrating the hell out of me. i will attempt to do a simple word like to or us and it will instead give me a word that included every letter that i even came close to touching. edit: remembered what really bugs me with the new beta swype is that the prediction words are nowhere close to what they used to be. i used to be able to barely outline the word and it would get it correct 80-90% of the time, now its the inverse of that, i have to pay more attention to where i am swyping than if i am tapping the letters.
so i've been recently been switching between swiftkey 3 and swype beta 1.3, i'll get frustrated using one and go to the other. i'm so glad that we have choices
so agree with this. I was going out of my mind using latest Swype. text prediction brings up words no where near what I'm looking for and sometimes it's absolute gibberish. Swiftkey3 all the way.

+1 it's gotten so frustrating, I'm awaiting swiftkey flow. And I hate with a passion every keyboard I've tried other than Swypeso agree with this.
