These themes are for cm10/AOKP based roms, eclipse is from blur base so they won't work.

When you say > 5.After it installs go to settings>themes and scroll til you see the theme you want and click apply
I have no themes area in my settings. I was able to install it but how do I apply it

Anyway, are you running either aokp or a CM10 rom? This will only work on roms with that base.
