We have gotten word from Google saying that the event that was planned for Monday has been cancelled due to the threat of Hurricane Sandy. They have not released a rescheduled planning date.
As soon as we find out more this post will be updated!

Yeah right...you're telling me. The Google event is the least of my concerns at this point.

yep...my house is there too...so now as I sit in my house watching the storm out the window and waiting for the inevitable power outage...I was quite looking forward to seeing Google's BIG ANNOUNCEMENT to brighten up my gloomy day, lol...oh well...Be safe!
