Apple is adding Android 4.1 to its list of patents that Samsung and Google are infringing upon.
As usual, sound off! You fed up? Think Apple has a point or are they just doing this to every company that competes with them?

All this proves is that the Apple sheep and fanboys pump WAY too much money into this company. To think they have a team of lawyers on retainer with NOTHING better to do then fly around the world and sue Samsung/Android/Whomever with frivolous lawsuits. It makes me sick. And not because I'm an Android fanboy but because I'm a person who thinks like a logical human being and can spot abuse of the system.

As apple tries to move ahead, they are getting left in the dust. Google's Motorola division already said back in September "Google to Apple get off our lawn!" by pointing out how far Motorola's innovations date back with 17,000 and counting patents. Apparently this message doesn't seem very clear to Apple. All I have ta say on this is good luck Apple! Going after Google is a big mistake.

The first swing they take at Google will be their last. Motorola has more REAL patents then Apple does...
