I'll probably jump on the MAXX HD boat. Battery life on my OG RAZR maxx has set the bar way to high for any other phone to compete. All these 1080p screens with quad core 1.x GHz (yes i realize there isn't a quad core in the US yet) phones mean nothing when the battery is dead. I don't like to be tethered to a charger either. But for me I like to be on a ROM for awhile. Not a big flasher. Just root. So Motorola phones with their superior built quality and radios are fine for me.

I cant recomend anything, but I can tel you that of the two GS3's in my family, both have been returned for problems. My wife's (returned last week) had a dead line of pixles, and my mom's (returned last month) would overheat so badly she stopped using it for fear it would melt. Like I said, both were returned, both within 6 months of getting it, my wifes within a couple months. They seem like outstanding phones, but the build quality, from my own experience anyway, is very poor.

I would say the DROID DNA.
GSIII some of the build quality is eh - there are some main boards dying for no reason. Some people have trouble with SD cards.
If the locked bootloader isn't a big deal: the HD/HD MAXX.
