this is a article about the samsung note 2 .. has a feature that i would love ported over to all of our devices.

I use floating apps on my lapdock and phone to achieve this.

ALL phones don't have this feature because it requires a sizeable screen to be useful. To me, this would be useless on a screen <5" diagonal.

This needs to be on all tablets. If I can look at a presentation for class while taking notes in a horizontal view, life would be complete.

the floating apps work just fine on my razr without the lapdock as well. Just not AS needed.
