Root Problem Due To Update

Downgrade, root normally, Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper from market, back up root, temp unroot, update, Restore root via OTA Rootkeeper. Tah-dah.YESTERDAY NIGHT USING DHOOMLORD ROOT SOFTWARE I ROOTED MY RAZR BUT TODAY MORNING I UPDATED TO SYSTEM VERSION 65.1.21.XT910.MERETAIL.EN.06 AND ANDROID VERSION 2.3.5 and my device was no more rooted i tried rooting again but got error unable to copy this ,unable to bla bla , then i did unroot , it was suceesfull again i tried rooting but still unable too, maybe its due to new framework.. any idea what to do?

You can use the fastboot files for your Razr. They will probably be over at , since we mainly deal with the Verizon US Motorola Droid RAZR (this the name of our website, DroidRzr). We don't have them here but they would have them.can you tell me how to downgrade at first?
