Im having some issues with my Bionic, every time I reboot on any of my ROMs I get stuck in the boot screen. Normally after I do the wipes and reinstall the rom, I can get it back up. This time on my Eclipse with Venom Theme Rom the boot screen never appeared, I just sit on a black screen. I tried my Icarus HD Rom and get stuck on boot screen. Reinstalled Eclipse without Venom and same thing. Im going to try the stock rom right now.

Anyone have any idea whats causing this?

sounds like you need a visit to the house for some repairs.

Actually I already tried House of Bionic. It helped me when my phone bricked when upgrading to ICS. But something must have been wrong with the kernel on my phone, otherwise the stock rom should have booted. But I did use HoB to wipe my phone clean, then took it in to verizon and told them after my phone took the update, it wouldn't boot. Which is true, I just left out the middle part of the story. The phone was still under warrenty and they sent me a new one. Now I shouldn't have to worry about a messed up kernel. Even though Samuri wasn't able to help me with this issue, I still want to thank you a ton for the awesome program he created.

I highly doubt there was something wrong with the kernel on your phone...
