i know on the GB/ICS roms you just added a ogg sound file to the system--> media where the bootanimation.zip was and it worked but i dont see where to add it on JB the system folder is still there but if you put a sound in there it does not works does anybody now if its even possible

Boot animation sound is controlled by the Desc.txt file in the bootanimation.zip file. You would have to extract it and create a part for the sound, then put it back into the zip.

Extract the bootanimation.zip file and look at the Desc.txt file. Instructions are inside the file if the Rom dev didn't strip them.
