Does anyone know if this ROM support custom boot animations?

you can use whatever boot animation you want. Just put it in \system\media\
You will see the current one there now. It is bootanimation.zip
Just rename it to bootanimation.zip.bak
Then put the new file there named bootanimation.zip and reboot.

What's the easiest way to downgrade to .748 from .173 at the moment?

I can't just delete it?

sure you can, but if you delete it and the new one has a problem you have to re download another to your phone. Best practice is to rename things until you are sure that you are happy with whatever you changed.

When I download the boot animation on my computer where do I put it at in my phone just the SD card right?

24v, would it be possible to make a sub-menu black out for the Abysm stock battery meter which has no percentages? 1% increments are no good for my OCD. I'd appreciate it but no worries if you do not have the time. Thank you.

Guys.. Problem.. I went and did a factory reset using the System > Privacy and now its stuck on the boot animation.. Anyone have ANY ideas how to get it out of this?? Tried everything fo trhe past hour and can't get it working!!! CRAP!!

Have you tried wiping cache and doing a factory reset in stock recovery?

The stock email app has been removed from the extreme version. Extract the email.apk from the standard version, drag it onto your SD card and install.

Anyone else having issues tethering?
I tried: easy tether & pda net (had issues when making connection from phone to computer)
I installed SQlite Editor and tweaked vzn's mobile hotspot. It connects but no internet?

Any help would be appreciated, I tried most of the RAZR's roms and this one is my favorite so far, but I need to tether!

havent been able to scroll through every single page from this topic, but i was wondering if anyone else had problems with their bluetooth force rebooting the phone?

i tried flashing it three times just to make sure it wasnt just a glitch, making sure to erase the cache partitions/delvik/ factory reset and all that jazz

otherwise, great work on the rom, my favorite one!
