It has been a very exciting day for me. As, a technology geek I am very excited that RIM has announced that they will be having a Launch Event/Party on January 30,2013! This is very exciting news as I used to love my Blackberry Bold, when it was actually considered modern. The N-10 is said to be the Savior of sorts for RIM! Here is what the official post said
"In building BlackBerry 10, we set out to create a truly unique mobile computing experience that constantly adapts to your needs. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring our customers innovative features combined with a best in class browser, a rich application ecosystem, and cutting-edge multimedia capabilities. All of this will be integrated into a user experience – the BlackBerry Flow – that is unlike any smartphone on the market today,” said Thorsten Heins, President and CEO of Research In Motion. “Thanks to our strong partnerships with global carriers and a growing ecosystem of developers, we believe our customers will have the best experience possible with BlackBerry 10. We are looking forward to getting BlackBerry 10 in the hands of our customers around the world.”
I know I will be buying one no matter what. What about you guys? Ready to give RIM a chance?

This honestly would make the most sense. They have attempted several times to make there software work but it just doesn't matter for most people. They need a complete revamp and android needs more physical keyboard phones. Hint hint rim!Unless they do something radical like let go of their software department and use android. This would also allow them to use 100% of their resources on developing amazing hardware (possibly some crazy android with an awesome keyboard) and maybe they don't even have to let go of software entirely they can do something like motoblur or HTC sense
